Good Afternoon! As many of you have likely heard by now, we are watching 2 weather systems that could bring some wintry precipitation to our area.
Unfortunately though, after taking a look at some weather models, uncertainty still exists on track, timing, and amount of snow that could occur. Below we are focusing only on the first weather system, which will move in late this weekend.
HERE IS WHAT WE KNOW:
- A strong weather system will develop over the southern United States. This system will track northeast and eventually impact parts of the southern Great Lakes and up into New England.
- This weather system will have wintry precipitation associated with it.
WHAT WE DON'T KNOW:
- Exact track of the weather system
- Who will see snow? Rain? Wintry Mix?
- How much Snow?
- Exact Timing
Below in the images are 2 different weather models we look at that are showing 2 different scenario.
We still have a lot to work through, but it is important to be prepared! We will continue to work to bring you updates on this weather system.
